have upgraded to 7.2 in the meantime and yes - I don't have to change the "IsPrimary" column in PortalAlias anymore to make the site work on my local machine.
However, if I don't change it the SearchResults page shows all links as <IsPrimary -> [HTTPAlias]>/testpage instead of http://localhost:8093/testpage.
Would expect not to change IsPrimary at all when "PortalAliasMapping" is set to "NONE".
Is this going to be fixed at some stage?
